Second time purchasing this pro touch powder. I really like the shade 21 as I have fair neutral toned skin and I like how bright it looks with this shade on. It blends in very well and is lighton skin with barely there feel but has coverage as well. It doesn't oxidize and looks bright on skin. I have fair skin with no freckles and red hair.
