A fermented essence toner that fills your face with luxurious gloss and restores your skin elasticity.
- Packed with Niacinamide, Bifida and 50+ types of fermented ingredients to hydrate, brighten and firm up dull, tired skin, yielding a glowing, radiant-looking complexion.
- Revitalizing formula further reduces appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
- Comes as part of a numbered series of toners providing targeted care for specific skin concerns, such as roughness and dryness.

How To Use
After washing your face, dispense a generous amount of numbuzin No.3 Super Glowing Essence Toner on your palm or a cotton pad and gently pat or wipe it along the skin texture.
Tip:
Wet cotton pads with No.3 toner and stick them on your face. Leave on for 3-5 minutes. Then take them off and pat the remaining essence toner until fully absorbed. Your skin will get a healthy glow.

I have originally purchased a different toner but due to certain circumstances, I exchanged it to this one. I was lucky that I ended up with this toner. I have very sensitive and dehydrated skin which was also gravely damaged by a chemical pilling a few years ago, thus, maybe products just simply don’t work for me. However, this toner does not only smooths my skin and does not irritate my skin, it also soothe redness and any spots I had previously. It does have a smell to it, but it is not a bad one and over time, I do not take notice of it anymore. In the beginning, I did have a reaction to it, but only because it contains many fermented ingredients and it was a lot to take for my skin at first. I would recommend to start off slowly at first, just to let the skin get used to it before applying it morning and evening. I use my hands to lightly stamp and then tap the product into my skin right after I’m done with cleansing my skin. So far, it is a dream.
