Firstly, the product itself turns into a thick gel once you mix the colour and the developer, so I find it to be less messy - no dripping. But, because of this texture, you must work it into your scalp to ensure a really good coverage. The scent is not strong and offensive, the colours are beautiful and my hair was very soft and shiny. I cannot speak to how it will look through many shampoos until my next colour, but I hope it holds up!
